August Deal Roundup

It was one of the hottest Augusts on record here in Emerald City (along with pretty much everywhere else). While we drank more than our fair share of iced tea, the swelter didn’t slow down our progress in funding excellent, steadily growing companies.

We sweated (literally) through nine deals in August: four with great new clients and five with repeat clients, a couple of whom we’re funding for the fourth time. We’re pleased as punch (or iced tea?) to be working with this crew of go-getters.

Nudge software helps organizations engage users in health and wellness programs via customized, personalized digital tools that integrate remote coaching, enable health and lifestyle data collection, and track users’ progress.

BoardOnTrack provides powerful, web-based tools to help board members and CEOs of charter public schools execute good governance. This is BoardOnTrack’s second round of financing from Lighter Capital.

Syntrio provides ethics and compliance training to companies of all sizes through a library of insightful and customizable online programs. This is Syntrio’s second round of financing from Lighter Capital.
