The Lighter Capital Team has a lot to be thankful for in 2014. We are on track to close our 70th deal by the year’s end, and today — the day before Thanksgiving — is our biggest closing day ever!
Today we provided two great companies with $900,000 in funding to help them grow in 2015.
One is a brand-new customer for us, whom we funded in less than 6 weeks. The other is a company we provided first round funding to just last August. It’s a testament to our commitment to entrepreneurs to be able to fund startups so quickly and be responsive to their emerging needs, so they can keep on growing.
Everyone here at Lighter Capital would like to say thanks to our great customers who have supported us so well. We really enjoy working with such a diverse group of entrepreneurs who are building exciting new companies all over the U.S. — from the Valley, to Denver, to the Carolinas and, of course, our home base, here in Seattle in the Pacific Northwest.
We focus on helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses. It has been very exciting to watch many clients of ours leverage the funding from Lighter Capital into real success in 2014.
Just to name a few examples, Cloudbilt made it to the Inc. 500 list, Full Circle CRM closed a $3.8M Series A funding, Valant Medical Solutions closed a $11M private equity investment, and Cloud Lending more than doubled their customer base.
